OLD LYME — The Lyme Art Association was one of many victims of the March floods which devastated parts of southeastern Connecticut — and with the denial of federal funds for flood relief, LAA is making a plea to the public for help.

Bangkok, May 28 : The Thai parliament passed the first reading of next year’s budget, which calls for a 22-percent jump in spending in the wake of political turmoil in Bangkok in recent weeks, government sources said Friday.
