Synthetic Marijuana, K2, Being Removed From Shelves
The synthetic drug known as K2 mimics the effects of marijuana. It will officially become illegal to sell in Missouri starting August 28th. KSMU’s Ryan Welch spoke with the owner of a local shop about K2.

Etowah County man arrested on meth charges
A Southside man was arrested in Cherokee County on methamphetamine manufacturing charges, and two bottles of what is believed to be GHB were confiscated, according to a news release from Sheriff Jeff Shaver.
