Supervisors review proposed ‘social host’ ordinance
At the first of three public hearings this month, the Boone County Board of Supervisors Tuesday considered a proposed ordinance aimed at adults who “knowingly” provide alcohol or illegal drugs to minors at parties they are hosting.
