The media, Internet, television, movies, celebrities, music, and fashion, all display today’s culture in such a universally influencing way. Many people find the teens of today menacing and self-destructive. Many of those critics may be correct.

Probation officer from Bridgewater suspended following drug charges
Patrick Lawton is the son of Judge Mark Lawton, an associate juvenile court justice in Bristol County, and Patricia Lawton, who is running for the House seat currently held by retiring state Rep. David Flynn, D-Bridgewater.

Student designs poster to educate people about prescription drug abuse
A Grayling High School Senior lent her talents to a task force focused on stopping the spread of prescription drug abuse. Kelsey Neuberger designed a poster for the Crawford Partnership for Substance Abuse Awareness, which says, “This Sharing is Not Caring: Stop Prescription Drug Abuse.”
