This is more of a vent than a question. I don’t understand why some people get to have babies when others don’t. I have a best friend who would make the best mom in the world, unfortunately she had cancer in her uterus, small intestines and breast cancer. From all the radiation and chemo she has gone thru, she is infertile. And no adoption agency will allow her to adopt because of her medical history. I know this girl, she has been a crystal meth user since she was 17, she used with all 3 of her pregnancies. Her first 2 were taken away at birth because they tested positive but she got them back. With her 3rd she was smart enough to quit using a month before her due date. All 3 babies have different dads. This girl has her parents raising her oldest, she sent her middle child to live with the father’s parents, whom she’d never met. She has the youngest living at home with her, but she will show up at her parents house and drop him off for days, without calling or anything. She didn’t even go to her oldest daughters birthday or go see her on mothers day, even tho the little girl tried to call her on mother’s day. Why do people like that get to have kids but the people who so desperately want kids can’t? I don’t get it. Can someone explain it to me?
