Is it safe to eat coffee grains? I’ve been putting them in my ice cream and am wondering if it’s safe to that. Caffeine overdose?! It tastes delicious!

i used to eat chocolate covered coffee beans, so I think it’s pretty safe unless you are sensitive to caffeine. That sounds mighty good!
