Judges refuses to allow change of plea in Kiefer death
A judge Tuesday refused to allow Matthew Laughrin to withdraw his guilty plea in the prescription drug overdose death of Madison Kiefer. His defense attorney says she learned from a physician that there was no way her client could have foreseen Kiefer dying from the drugs given to her.
