Reversal of center OK leads to lawsuit in Chatham
CHATHAM – The owner of a treatment center for gambling addicts has filed suit against Mayor Nelson Vaughn and various other officials after the Zoning Board in March reversed a Planning Board decision to allow the center to take up lodgings in the Parrot Mill Inn on Main Street.
