How many Dads on here have simply just let their ex wives have the kids even though you knew there were drug or alcahol addictions on her part without putting up a custody fight?

The courts are very expensive and time consuming .

The mother ALWAYS gets the kids , unless there is overwhelming evidence against her .

To fight it in court would be useless without a lot of proof
of child endangerment . Even then , 3 months later the mom can say that they have changed and the judge would give her the kids back !
