Please Help I Am a Teenager With Porn Addiction…what Do I Do?

Question by : Please help I am a teenager with porn addiction…what do I do?
I am a 17 year old male and porn has been on and off in my life I first started when I was about 11 or 12 years old and I accidentally typed in a URL wrong and it went to an erotic website. It made me feel funny down south and I was excited by it and it was confusing as well because I had never seen it before. Then about a couple of years later I actually started to look at porn because all my friends were talking about it and I was so curious and it just seemed so interesting and I at times would look at it for hours. And well I…also masturbated to porn. I heard 95% of men have seen porn/masturbated sometime in their life and the other 5% are lying…well that does sound about right from what I have seen because I know that every guy in my high school has seen porn and even a lot of girls have seen it. I know guys are also chemically wired to think about sex almost all the time which makes it so hard when the internet is so easy to access porn whenever! Anyways so I had started watch porn more and more when I was about 13 years old probably about every other day and eventually I prayed to God to stop this addiction and I found a way to stop the urges for awhile, then when I was 16 years old it started to creep back again into my life when I thought about so casually not thinking it was a big deal like every other guy. But the truth is it is a sin and ruins people’s lives and I know if I can stop it for 3 years then I can definitely do it again it’s just the urges I have had are so intense again and there are thoughts tempting me constantly! And I only do it now for a few minutes a day because I have a job, school, sports, and other things that keep me busy and me having more to do during the day is not necessarily the problem, but I need some advice of how to stop/control these temptations/urges. Please be more mature and pray that I can think of sex and women in a more pure way that God intended it to be (And if you are not a Christian, then please be mature and not make fun of my lifestyle, but rather answer my question thank you!)

try to get a girlfriend so all of your attention is focused on her and not porn.
