Question by DoeBabyCake20: My fiance admitted himself to rehab so does that mean he can get himself out?
Ok well since he has been in rehab they had him on Klonapin and he was takin it for withdrawals from opium but he stopped taking it and was hiding it. Well they found it and now the nurses are telling him he cant get out and he is freaking, can he still get himself out if he wasnt taking the meds?

if he was not court ordered to stay there, and he voluntarily checked in they cannot legally keep him there
mind you, he IS NOT sober… he’s going to start using again
