JEFFERSON CITY — Chronic drunk drivers in Missouri could soon face a choice: Go to jail or get treatment. That’s one of the key changes to DWI laws made in a bill passed by the Legislature on Thursday night and sent to Gov. Jay Nixon’s desk.
