Melrose servers get ‘21 Proof’
Some 70 employees from restaurants and shops in Melrose received “responsible selling and serving of alcoholic beverages” training at Mount Hood this week through a free “21 Proof” class taught by the Cambridge Prevention Coalition and coordinated through the Melrose Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition, according to information released by Melrose City Hall.
