Prescriptions pile up at drug take-back day
Some of the volunteers helping count painkillers, blood pressure medications and other pills at yesterday’s county-wide prescription drug “take-back day” probably were still counting pills in their sleep last night.

Man shot to death in city
A man was found dead outside the Robinwood recreation center Saturday morning, with a gunshot wound to the head, Annapolis police said this morning. Darius Stanley Johnson, 25, of Glen Burnie, also suffered from other gunshot wounds, but police spokesman Ray Weaver declined to say how many.
