Man Arrested in Connection with South Florida Pill Mill
Bay County Sheriff’s Investigators have made another arrest involving illegal prescription drugs out of South Florida. Shawn Pouncy allegedly thought he was meeting a drug buyer at the Panama City Mall Tuesday afternoon. Instead, Bay County Sheriff’s deputies were there to greet him.
