Hastings teen who walked school halls with loaded gun pleads guilty to felonies
A 15-year-old Hastings student who walked the halls of Hastings Middle School, breaking into classrooms and pointing a loaded .22 caliber handgun at three adults, pleaded guilty today to three counts of second-degree assault, all felonies.

City hikes wastewater rate 3 percent
