A Beverly Hills judge was adamant that Lindsay Lohan serve jail time for violating her probation, ordering the actress to 90 days behind bars and 90 days in an inpatient rehab facility earlier this month. “It’s like someone who cheats but doesn’t think it’s cheating if they don’t get caught,” Judge Marsha Revel said about the troubled star’s behavior at the time.
