Killing Brain Cells With Amphetamine?

while ritalin is technically not an amphetamine, could taking 5 mg of it with a glass of water if you weighed 125 lbs/male cause any brain cells to die? i know high doses of adderall and meth are very neurotoxic, would such a small dose one time kill brain cells or permanently alter dopamine?
