Kerlikowske’s drug policy: not bold enough?
WASHINGTON — U.S. drug czar Gil Kerlikowske hit the publicity trail Wednesday to promote the Obama administration’s new National Drug Control Strategy, a five-year plan to reduce drug use that already has disappointed some who had hoped for a bolder shift toward prevention and treatment.
