Is This Symptoms From Cocaine Use or Ex Pills?

a relative of mine is using ex pills i have been around him before when he was rolling on these pills but i had a strange dream or maybe it was real that i seen him sitting in the car sniffing something in his nose. me and this relative have not spoken in months and i dont know if it was a dream or did i really see him sniffing cocaine in his nose. i strongly believe if it was a dream maybe the GOD is tryoing to tell me he is in trouble. he has changed so much he dont play with kids anymore he dont stay home at all he cant remember things his money just disappers in a few hours and his girlfriend told me she seen some white powder on his nose when she was busting a bump on his face and she said he twitch real bad all night and he jumps his heart beat is very fast and i know the ex pills does that too but i dont know should i confront him about what i dreamed or saw and does it sound like he is on something other than ex
c and he is my brother and we fell out about 4 months ago and i haven’t spoke to him since cause he kicked down my door and tried 2 fight me over something he thought i said and later he found out i didnt say it and he has never ever kicked down a door to ever try and hurt me and i knew something was wrong with him when he did that but my boyfriend died of a overdose 2 years ago and the pain still there and im going 2 try and talk 2 him but it will b hard since we didnt speak n so long.
