ive been smoking since i was 13 and im 14 and after reading some of the things under the health section i want to quit before i die

That sounds like restless leg syndrome – which is aggrivated by both nicotine and nicotine withdrawal. Stay off the cigs, it will pass, and your health will benefit for it.
