Question by Dean: Is it possible to permanently damage sperm production from substance abuse?
This is embarassing question but here goes: I was heavily addicted to cocaine and various prescription pills/opiates for the past four years. I got clean and have been sober for 6 months now (no alcohol or tobacco whatsoever) but i’ve noticed when I ejaculate I produce very little seamen. Even if I don’t have sex or masturbate for up to a week I still produce the same small amount. I was wondering If I inflicted permanent damange to my prosate, or if production would increase with time? Thank you
