If You Smoke Meth How Long Does It Stay in Your Blood and Urine?

I take three fiber laxatives and three fiber pills and three stool softners each day. Because I have severe back problems and all the medications I must take each day , causes severe constipation.Recently I had to take a urine test because it was put in my record that I may be using Methodone. I have read up on Methodone,and see that the laxatives I take might have some affect on my blood work that was drawn,I wonder if that could have messed with the results of my blood and made the doctor want me tested for the methodone,which I have never taken a drug by this name. The doctor has given me oxycodone and vicodin for surgucial treatments outpatient. So I wonder if these two drugs might even had an affect on my blood results,I do not want such thing in my medical file,can you please tell me if any of these two drugs or the laxatives can make blood results come back with this question of use of methodone?
