i am trying to write an argumentative paper about drugs and drug abuse. im acting like im a member of congress and am trying to get ppl to see my view on the subject. but i cant seem to find anything even remotely helpful. i need something that will give me some background on any legislation that has been proposed recently, some statistics on it in teens and adults, and something about how it affects them and their loved ones. cant use wikis though… at this point i just need something to help get me started in the right direction.
