How can I turn a rental property into a legitimate recovery/transistional house where women can come to after drug rehab or after exiting corrections? How do I obtain the title of “recovery house”? What is the first step? I have the house and the cooperation of others in the neighborhood. I just need to know how I can label it a recovery house .
