I Found Panadol in My Mom’s Room Help

i found two tablets of panadol is a suspicious small baggy in my mom’s room

i looked up information on Panadol and it is basically Tylenol, could it be that people abuse panadol like a drug? can people grind it up and snort it? my mom is known for snorting crystal meth, is it common to mix it up and snort it?
