I told myself that I would never ever do it again and I have done it again.
Last night, I made the biggest mistake ever. I’m soo mad at myself for doing it. Please don’t say I’m an addict because I’m not. Please don’t say I need to go to see a doctor or a psychologist because I do have one. Please don’t say I need help because that will hurt me. I have smoke crystal meth and crack cocaine again. I’m soo freaking stupid. I’m an idiot. I woke up this morning crying because I felt really bad. My mom really cares and love me. My dad is dead when I was about 5 yrs. old. My mom is the only one I have besides my three sisters. I’m not an addict because the last time I done it was was like in 6 Months. I do take anti depression pills but it seems that it doesn’t help me at all and it makes me more sick and sicker.
I think I still have this drugs on my system and I’m at work right now on my laptop.
Why me? I want to die. I hate everything. I don’t like this stupid world we freaking live in
I’m 19 yrs. old dropped out from college of my first year. I hate school.

The withdrawal from crystal meth includes the feelings you’re describing of depression and despair, so some of what you’re feeling today was caused by the drug you used last night. That’s the good news since it means you’ll be feeling better in a day or two.
For today you’ll need to stay hydrated, drink water and fruit juice and eat chocolate. Seriously, chocolate will help.
For the long term, you’ll need to take a close look at your current friendships. It was friends that you were with last night when you did this, right? You need to make a REAL effort to meet some new people who are not involved in this world. That will be a HUGE first step to making sure you don’t relapse again.
Tell your Dr./psych. everything so that they can maybe make some changes in your medication so that you feel BETTER.
