Personally from the fact that you have stated that you suffer from maniac depression —but use substances i really would sujest a mental heath ward so that you can get the medication you need ..by the sounds of it you have been self medicating to a certain extent..a mental health ward would if you were able to be honest identifiy this and get help for you in the areas that you need help…rehab will make you go cold turkey on everything..i wish you the best of luck !!! take care
