I need to do this for my sister. She just switched schools and gotten into the wrong sort of company. Her alcohol consumption has really increased lately. I’m very worried about her. My parents don’t even know that she drinks all the time and that she sneaks alcoholic beverages into her room. I wish to get her into an outpatient program and I want to know how I can do this.

There are lots of things that you can do. However, I don’t think it’s good for you both to keep this from your parents. I think they have a right to know and they would want to help your sister. They should take your sister to a doctor. The doctor will be able to determine then whether it would be good for your sister to undergo outpatient rehabilitation. He’ll be able tell you too about what kind of treatment program will best suit your sister and which treatment centers can provide her with that kind of program.
