Question by PeruvianPapi: How long do amphetamines stay in your system?
I take Ritalin and need to take a drug test to get a job at a hospital, I was told it can show possitive as an amphetamine and hospitals don’t care if you have a doctor’s note for a condition like HDHD..which is my case..

Amphetamines stay in your system for about 3 days,and will show in tests for 7 days or so.When you take the test,tell tester that your taking Ritalin.Instant test will show it as Amphetamine but lab test will show it for what it really is.

Hospital’s should know about this and can not discriminate so be honest with them.
