How Long Do Amphetamines Stay in Your Blood?

Question by Grace: How long do amphetamines stay in your blood?
So I took 2 Vyvanse in 24 hours on Thursday. I haven’t had any since then but then I realized my mom is supposed to make another doctor appointment soon. When I go to the doctor, I get blood tests done every 3 months because I have Macrocytotic anemia and they’re trying to find out why I pass out every 2 weeks.
So my question is, how long will the Vyvanse stay in my system? Is there any possibility it will show up on the test? Also, I smoked a cigarette 2 weeks ago. I doubt it will stay but I’m paranoid. Please don’t give me the ‘oh well you shouldn’t have been doing this to begin with’. I know I shouldn’t have, I don’t need to hear it. Thanks for your help =]

amphetamines will stay in your system for up to 4 days, but some people are beginning to 5 days now (thats more for methamphetamines). so by the time you have the appointment it should be out of your system. i take adderall on a daily basis and my last drug screen didnt even show it (i had diluted it a little bit). as for the nicotine, it should also be out of your system by now. i read that 10 cigarettes a day will only stay in you for a few days.
