How Is Meth More Dangerous Than Regular Amphetamines?

Is it just coz meth is smokeable?

Also I’ve heard that meth damages your brain so you can’t feel as much pleasure naturally….is this true?

If so,does this happen with regular amphetamines?

and if not, why not?
