How Effective Has the Illegal Drug Laws Been?

Its easy to get any kind of drug you want all across this country.
Even Rush Limbaugh had no problem getting 100’s of Vicodin off the streets. If this redneck can anyone can. Oh by the way the most abused drugs today are “legal drugs” like Vicodin, Oxycontin, etc. etc.

Charles G. How would you know how much alcohol consumption went up when befor the repeal there was noway to tell how much illegal booze was consumed?? I dont think blind pigs kept records and sent them to the government.
