How Do You Know for Certain That a Loved One Is Taking Meth?

I’v read on this and this person has some of the signs. Like sores at the nose area sniffleing all the time, dark circles under the eye. But the main symtom that I read about is staying up for days. These person is hard to wake up but slepps every night. He said he fooled with it at one time but is not doing it anymore. I’m just very concerned about this family member. Please any enfo, will help.
