How Do You Get to the United States if You Are Running Away and Underage?

Im Fifteen and My Boyfriend Is Sixteen. We Met In A Behavorial Hospital In Hawaii. I Live In Hawaii But He Is From Maryland. He Is Finishing Up His Treatment Here and Once He Is Done With That He Will Move Back To Maryland. We Have Been Talking About What We Could Do and I Asked Him If He Wanted To Stay and Live With Me but He Told Me He Wants To Go Back To Maryland and Wants Me To Come With Him. He Told Me He Would Pay For My Flight Their and Back If Anything Happens, We Already Have A Place To Stay and Everything Else Is Taken Care Of. This Year Has Been One Of The Hardest Years I Lived Through ;; I Failed Last School Year, I Watched My Family Home Burn To The Ground, I Now Have About Eight Runaway Charges, Posession Charges, I Got Put Into That Behavorial Hospital, Mostly All Of My Friends Are Now On Crystal Meth, Etc Etc Etc. I Am Still Hurting From All The Things That Have Happened and To Be Honest, He Is The Best Thing That Has Happened To Me This Year. Were With Each Other Almost Everyday, We Talk On The Phone For Hours, Everytime We Are Together We Are Laughing and Having A Good Time, No Fights or Arguments, and We Are So Happy When We With One Another Or Talking To One Another. I Told Him That I Cant Stay On This Island Because I Know That When He Leaves Ill Probably Get Hooked On Crystal Meth and Everything Will Just Go Back To How Things Were Before. I Really Dont Want That To Happen and Its Really A Life or Death Situation. The Only Chance I Have To Survive Is To Move Away With Him, But I Dont Want To Hurt My Family and Risk Never Speaking To Them Again. I Made Up My Mind and I Really Need Help On How To Do This.
