How Do I Start a Support Group in My Area?

I’d like to start a support group for Children of Drug addicts and Alcoholics. I’m not totaly sure where to even start. I know theres a need in my area just for the fact that Meth use is VERY high in our area. We don’t have a local YMCA. I live in a fairly small town ( about 20,000.) I don’t have a lot of money. Where should I start?
