I am looking for guidelines on how to set up a substance abuse out patient program. I need the type of group and individual therapy sessions. How many education groups? How many group didactics?

Go straight to the source. Contact a rehabilation center. Or ask someone actively working a 12-step program that has been in rehab, what worked for them.Contact NA and see if they can help guide you in the right direction.
