How Do I Heal My Tongue Sore? (Crystal Meth. Never Again)?

Well i tried the stuff twice. And the second time when i inhaled, some of the stuff wasnt fully melted so a few peices went into my mouth! And they burned the tip of my tongue. Ive head salt water might help but is there anything else that might heal this?
