How Do I Go About Opening My Own Drug Rehab Center/halfway House?

as in, degrees needed, qualifications, registration, etc.

I remember a few years ago there was a house a few blocks down from me (we live in a suburban community) that would keep troubled teens and adults that have abused drugs.
like 10 people living in a 2 bedroom house.

If i were to buy or rent a larger house, could i do the same?
Of course it would be non-profit, but could i have government/state assistance?
Should i team pu with an anti-drug organization for support?
And if i am able to do this, how would i get people to stay there?

I’m only 16 right now so i dont know how all the legal and financial issues would work out.
All i know is that im supposed to somehow make a difference in the world of drug addictions,
even if its only a small difference.
Please help?
