How Do I Approach My Employer About Me Struggling With an Addiction and Treatment Is Best Asap.?& MY JOB?BOSS.

I have just gained my senority but not yet out of my probationary period.The company ,of course, has a no tolerance of drug policy.Drug Tests were manditory before hired so wanting to straight up my act anyway, that was a motivation start to not use anymore.Unfortnately, I have been unable not to use. Not nearly as much but as important as this job is to my heart there should be no excuse for the little bit of use. It was the middle of a work week after I had not used for 4 or 5 days the pain in my muscles and soreness of my arms and legs were not from what I thought to be the physical labor the position I am in requires(lifting 1lb. to 70lbs repetiously)was actually withdrawls that I realized for the first time since I began using. I finally admit after all the times I said I could turn it down and rehab myself at any time, I AM WRONG!! And want the old spontaneous spunky witty hardworking ole girl back. As well as many others I distanced from and continued to grow their seed.THX!
