I live in a suburb of Chicago, we are having some severe issues with our young teens here. It’s something called a “code of silence”, this is when you witness either a local gang member(s) kill or severely beat someone, and you say nothing at all. This is a HUGE PROBLEM! I want to open a substance abuse center for kids, these kids need help! HELP ME HELP THEM PLEASE!

You need to be non profit organization, with a board of directions, apply for grants..you seek out the legal requirements in opening a center, consult a lawyer..looking into funding and you would have legal paperwork, application for opening a center in your community, applying for funding, etc.
