Has Anyone Started Having Hallucinations (Voices) After Coming Off Methadone or Methamphetamine? Please Help!?

My husband has been addicted to drugs for many years. His doctors gave him an abbundant supply of any kind of pain medicine that he wanted. He also shot up Methamphetamines whenever he could get them. He has been clean since October except for a couple of setbacks that only lasted for a couple of days each. He started hearing voices after he quit and having hallucinations thinking that he was having real conversations with people that I knew he had not had. It had gotten somewhat better until he had the last setback. The voices are back in full force and I cannot convince him that they are not real. If there is any one out there that this has happened to, please let me know so that I can have proof and convince him that it was the drugs that has done this to him, and that he is not crazy. I need help!
