Hannibal man arrested for arson
A Hannibal man is accused of tying to burn down the Hannibal Council of Alcohol and Drug Abuse building. Twenty-nine-year-old James Leon Fuget Jr. was arrested for first-degree arson. Firefighters responded to 146 Communications Drive at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
