Please only answer if you or someone close have experienced this.
I have been placed on probation for 1 year due to a DUI offense.
I already went thru a drug and alcohol assessment appointment, I did very well on the test and was not considered to have any drug addiction problems, and I was only required to sign up for a Prime for Life class.
My question: Is there any chance that my probation officer might request me at anytime to undergo a drug test?
I don’t know why I don’t feel like they could play this trick on me. It seems that the probation officer should tell me from the very beginning of the probation period to not use any drugs before he could just surprise me by asking me to undergo a drug test.
