Does the Drug Suboxone/subutex Come in a Rectangular, Purple Pill That Tastes Like Candy?

i recently got a “suboxone” pill from a friend in order to detox from a heroin addiction. he said that he was broke so the doctor gave him a cheaper option than the normal orange, hexagonal 8 mg tablet. the pill is shaped like a rectangular box-like thing that is sweet to the taste and purple in color.
did i get ripped off, or has anyone heard of this type of suboxone?
