Do You Think This Is an AIDS Symptom?
Question by Think about it: Do you think this is an AIDS symptom?
I was hanging out with a guy from out of town. He was telling me that the hotel he is staying is in a gay part of town because he was hanging out at a bar and it turned out to be a gay one and lots of gay guys were hitting on him. That in itself was normal as he was cute and he described how he was wearing tight fitting clothing and mixed in with the other guys. I reassured him if he was that he didn’t have to hide it from me I am open minded and wouldn’t judge him. I’m only mentioning this because I am wondering if he had AIDS and that disease is more common in the gay population.
Now why I am wondering if he has AIDS. He had rash like sores along his arms. I didn’t want to be rude and point it out, at first I thought maybe it was acne but they were blotches and sores. I asked if I could look at his back because I am wondering if he has acne so I lifted his shirt and it was along his back and chest too. I asked what it was, and he said his friends talked him into waxing him and it ended up getting sores like that. I myself wax and have never had sores like that. Also, he had hair on his chest and back so it didn’t even look like he had waxed. Do you think they were from waxing or do they sound like AIDS sores? I wish I had asked because I touched them and think he should’ve disclosed it if it was AIDS. They were round circles the size of dimes all over his back, arms and chest. His skin was a tan color so it looked dark reddish color.
His body type was very average, with a little fat around the belly so definitely not a steroid taking guy who body builds.
