i’m writting this paper and that’s the topic and i really dont know what to write. please help?

the person with the problem has to be the one to be ready to face the underlying issues that they are medicating themselves from.
some people are never ready and they die from overdose
some people get through the issues and reachout to help others as drug and alcohol councelors.
some people get clean and relapse, some get clean again
some dont.
life ie full of choices. choose everything wisely.
