Do Sprains Ever Get Back to 100% After Treatment and Rehabilitation?
Question by William Ng: Do sprains ever get back to 100% after treatment and rehabilitation?
I’ve sprained both of my wrists from bboying(practicing flares with wrong form) during December, 2009. I’ve recently started REALLY taking a rest from bboying since I realised how much it was affecting my wrists and how bad it could turn out if I didn’t stop. I don’t know what’s the name of the part that was sprained, but if your left palm is facing you, look down your pinky and look down to the wrist. There’s this soft part which you can sort of poke in, kinda in between the place where your hands connect with the other bones.
But the main thing is, I’m gonna get back to bboying soon after it gets better, but i’m worried that something like this would happen again, since I heard that if you sprain a certain body part, then it’ll never fully heal, and in turn become more vulnerable to damage in the future.
Additional information: From what I heard from my physiotherapist, it’s just a minor sprain and would take a few more weeks to heal and strengthen/stabilize.
Can anyone clear this up?

yes you can get your wrist back in shape again with proper rehab- but there is a price to pay, you have to keep up with the routine of exercising your wrist frequently even after you get better. the web site below has all that you need to get better and on the move again
