Ok i have smoked meth from a glasss pipe like two times. the first time i did it it made me felt more confident, relaxed and more self within. Later at night i felt the drug coming down and i couldn’t sleep the whole night. anyawy the next day i did it again with my freind. i proabably took like 4 hits the 2nd time . when i went home and i was filling gas , i felt like i couldn’t breathe . i tried ignoring it as i was driving and then it was really coming on me and grasping my breathe. i got out of the car in the middle of the road and went to the first car and SAID call the amublaance ..call the police…when i was in the amubalnce thing…they said i was hyperventilting.
anyway 2 days after and i haven’t been using meth. but i feeel so sad and depressed and kind off in a bad mood.l will i be like this forever? please be honest with me. did it kill my brain cells. i used it two times. anyawy please help

The main neurotransmitter affected by methamphetamine is dopamine which is involved with the natural reward system. All addictive drugs have two things in common…they produce an initial pleasurable effect, followed by a rebound unpleasant effect. Methamphetamine produces a positive feeling and evitably later you feel depressed because it suppresses the normal production of dopamine.
Meth can eventually damage dopamine production to where you never feel pleasure again. I’m not sure with using meth 2 times how much damage you have done but based on internet sites you need to use meth for a longer time frame to cause permanent brain damage. Uh take that back…just found a website that states:
