Update: DARE officer found not guilty of supplying underage drinker
A District Court judge found a Pitt County Sheriff’s deputy not guilty of giving alcohol to a underage drinker. The verdict came after Deputy Amanda Tyndall and six other defense witnesses testified she never gave Elizabeth Danielle Dominique alcohol.
